Spa booking policy

Booking appointments
Appointments can be booked in advance via our online booking system. Credit card (VISA/Master card) or gift certificate information is required to hold your reservation.

24 hour Cancellation/No Show policy
If you must cancel or reschedule an appointment, as a courtesy to other guests and our therapists, 24-hour notice is required to avoid being charged the full amount (100%) of the services booked.
No shows are subject to a 100% charge of the services booked. Please note that gift certificate holders are subject to the same policy.
